Collaboration over projects

I prefer collaboration over fixed projects. The services and knowledge I provide take more time to settle in and bloom.

To create the most impactful and engaging experiences, I thrive on working closely with the team and immersing myself in their processes. Exceptional design goes beyond pixels on a screen. The more involved I am in the ideation and solution-building process, the stronger the outcome.

Weekly
cadence

I usually have regular syncs and standups scheduled every week to avoid communication hiccups and make sure I'm available for the team. Daily communication mainly takes place through the team's chosen tools like Slack.

Preferred cadence

• Standup (1x a week)

• Weekly review meetings (1x a week)

Design
artefacts

I'm using Figma to create design systems and design prototypes.

I adopt a design system-first approach. This means that everything is built around the design system, enabling straightforward expansion when more designers join the team and ensuring a seamless transition from design to development.

Trial
period

The first two months will serve as a trial period for both parties to determine if the collaboration is effective.

Either party may terminate the contract with two weeks' advance notice if things are not proceeding as expected.

Investment

Subscription model.

Commitment is usually distributed across a month. The maximum commitment is 50% of my time. The billing cycle is 30 days, and payment terms are 14 days.
